Theresa Lobodzinski, age 54, a resident of Aston, PA, passed away on April 2, 2023 after a two-year battle with cancer. She died peacefully at home with her family by her side. A loving wife and mother, Theresa dedicated her life to her family and will be remembered for her warmth and devotion.
Born and raised in Chester, PA, Theresa graduated from Padua Academy. She and her husband, Douglas, lived briefly in Wallingford before settling in Aston in 2004. Theresa worked as an Executive Assistant to the V.P. of Operations and V.P. of Planning and Development at Chester Crozer Medical Center for nearly a decade before moving to Premier Orthopaedics. With a keen attention to detail and a tireless work ethic, she served as Executive Assistant to the COO and CEO of Premier from 2010 to 2019. Theresa loved her work, but nothing compared to her role as a mother to her daughter, Alexis, who was the light of her life.
Theresa was a member of Holy Myrrh-Bearer’s Ukrainian Church. She enjoyed summer days swimming in her pool, going out to restaurants, and watching her favorite TV series with her dogs by her side. Theresa enjoyed life’s simple moments, especially those shared with her family. She was a beautiful, selfless woman who loved everyone around her.
Theresa is survived by her husband of 20 years, Douglas Lobodzinski, her daughter, Alexis Lobodzinski, and her brother, Peter Brochet (Diane) of Chichester. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews Lauren Wetten (Dave), Allison Hope (Ryan), and Kevin Brochet (My Chau Brochet-Nguyen).
